The Challenge

Tiger Prawn NYC wanted more than seafood decor. The space needed a visual identity loud enough to match the energy of the restaurant itself, somewhere between a coastal daydream and a downtown dinner rush. The challenge was creating a giant tiger prawn sculpture and mural system that transformed the dining room into an underwater world full of movement, texture, and personality. Sea creatures, tropical foliage, and oversized forms had to move together like a well rehearsed band, not a crowded aquarium.

The Result: Song From the Reef

The finished space became something like a song from a reef orchestra. A colossal suspended tiger prawn glides overhead while painted octopus, oysters, and fish drift across the walls in rhythmic conversation. The room feels playful, cinematic, and slightly surreal, as though the ocean decided to throw a dinner party in New York. Guests walk in expecting seafood and leave with stories, which, honestly, is usually the better souvenir.
